What is EKOTOONS, and who are you?

Hi, i’m EKO, artist and illustrator. In late 2017, after 17 entered the scene, I began drawing patriotic cartoons online.

While I have a day job, nothing gives me more joy than to draw pictures for God & Country.

Okay, so what’s this Toonletter?

EKOTOONS is an ongoing Christian dystopian comic.

It’s my commitment to learn about and share our hidden history with future generations so we may preserve the rights given to us by our Creator.

How do you make it?

I typically draw with my iPad using an app called Procreate. Then I process each drawing with a few filters before uploading to Substack.

Some popular past episodes include Don’t Turn your Back on Destiny, Crushing the Snake, and It Had to Happen this Way.

How often does it come out?

Three times a week, usually Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Is this your main job?

Definitely no! Like I said, I have a very intense day job, which is very non-artistic.

And while I do sell hoodies and t-shirts, most of the proceeds go to President Trump’s or Sidney Powell’s Legal Defense funds.

So if you’d like to help me create more art, become a subscriber!

What’s the difference between the free Toonletter and the paid one?

Both include comics and commentary on The Great Awakening. I send at least one free newsletter each week (to all subscribers), and more to paying subscribers.

Paying subscribers can also get access to digital wallpapers, behind-the-scenes animations, and discount codes on merch.

But most importantly subscribers earn my undying gratitude! While this isn’t my job, every subscription gets me closer to my goal of creating patriotic, Christ-honoring art and stories full-time by November 8, 2022.

Did you always draw, or is this new?

I drew as a child (and sporadically in my 20s) but I picked it back up again after 17 appeared. In the three years since, I created hundreds of original illustrations about POTUS, digital soldiers, and God Winning.

Unfortunately, much of this work was lost forever when Twitter unjustly suspended my account.

Who are some other artists you like?

Harold Gray (Little Orphan Annie)

Milton Caniff (Terry and the Pirates)

Chester Gould (Dick Tracy)

Winsor McKay (Little Nemo)

George Herriman (Krazy Kat)

Katsuhiro Otomo (Akira)

Stan Lee (Spider Man)

Norman Rockwell
